This policy explains what information Home Crew Construction ("we", "us") collects through homecrewconstruction.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote we collect the service you need, your ZIP code, your name and your phone number, and optionally the street address of the property, your email address and a message about the job.

Quote requests are emailed to us from our own Gmail account (a Google service). If that ever fails, a form-relay service passes the request on to us as a backup.

Information collected automatically

• With each quote request we record the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign details in the link you followed (UTM parameters and ad click IDs), so we know which of our ads and pages work. Your browser keeps those campaign details for up to 90 days, so a request you send later is still matched to the ad.
• To stop spam, we note how long the form took to fill in and briefly count requests per IP address.
• We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed, clicks on our phone number and form steps completed). These tools use cookies.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your project, schedule a visit and prepare your quote.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and this site (such as our hosting, Google for email and analytics, and the backup form-relay service), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and warranty obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling 631-965-0881.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
